LOFT INSULATION INSTALLER RETROFIT / SOCIAL HOUSING (LONDON & SURROUNDING AREAS) Day Rate: 210240 per day (CIS / Ltd, depending on experience) Location: London (Greater London and surrounding areas) Start Date: Immediate Start Duration: Long-term programme confirmed pipeline Are you an experienced Loft Insulation Installer looking for consistent, long-term work across London? This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing retrofit delivery team installing energy-efficient loft insulation within occupied and void social housing properties. Youll be joining an established programme with steady work, all materials provided, and rubbish collected from site allowing you to focus purely on quality installation. What Youll Be Doing Installing loft insulation in occupied and void social housing properties Working as part of a small, well-organised retrofit team Ensuring each install meets compliance and PAS 2030 standards Following on-site H&S and completing work to a high finish Reporting progress and completion photos through the site app What Were Looking For ? Proven experience in Loft Insulation installation (retrofit or social housing background ideal) ? CSCS Card (essential) ? Good communication and reliability ? Driving licence preferred ? Own basic hand tools (larger tools and materials provided on site) Why Apply?
