Hygiene Operative We are looking for a full time Hygiene Operative to join our team for an immediate start. CJS Environmental is an established washroom services company, based in Portsmouth. This is an excellent opportunity to join a small close-knit team. The job includes collecting quantities of bagged/clinical waste (sanitary, n appy and clinical) and servicing and maintaining washroom hygiene equipment such as air freshener units, soap dispensers, water management systems, vending machines, mats and sharps. A geographical knowledge of Hampshire, West Sussex and surrounding areas would be an advantage, but not essential. You will also be aware and abide by health and safety regulations and maintain a high level of productivity alongside a high standard of work. Schedule: Monday to Friday No weekends or bank holidays 40 hours per week Shifts: 6.00am to 2.00pm Permanent: Full-Time Person Specification: Applicants will need to be a minimum of 20 (due to insurance requirements) Must enjoy driving Applicants will need to hold a full, clean drivers license Have a flexible approach to work Due to the nature of the role, you must be prepared to be Enhanced DBS checked and undergo relevant inoculations Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and follow a structured routine Preferable Experience (Not required): Experience in the contract cleaning or washroom services would bedesirable but not essential as full training will be given.
