Out of Hours Manager – Business TravelWe’re recruiting on behalf of a leading, family-run travel management company with a long history of exceptional service and innovation. They’re now looking for an experienced Out of Hours Manager to lead and support a small, dedicated team that keeps business travel running smoothly around the clock.This role can be fully remote once trained, with an initial training period based at their Hampshire head office.Out of Hours Manager – what will I be doing?Managing a team of out-of-hours consultants, ensuring seamless service for clients during evenings, weekends, and holidaysHandling complex reissues, urgent itineraries, and VIP travel requirements with calm precisionProducing accurate MI reports and identifying trends to improve performance and client experienceCoaching and mentoring team members to build confidence, capability, and consistencyWorking closely with the day-time operations team to ensure handovers and communication are seamlessOut of Hours Manager – what experience do I need?Proven leadership experience in a business travel environmentStrong GDS knowledge (Galileo, Amadeus, or similar)Confident decision-maker with a hands-on approach to operationsExcellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to stay calm under pressureA collaborative, people-focused manager who leads by exampleOut of Hours Manager – what else do I need to know?Full-time, permanent position (including evenings/weekends)Remote working available following training in HampshireCompetitive salary (DOE) plus company benefitsJoin a supportive, people-first business that values initiative and teamwork
