Internal Grade E Job Description Experian Global Security Office are looking for a Third-party Security Specialist to perform support activities to help complete assessments and delivery of the TPS Programme and participate in special projects. There are three main priorities for this position: Provide support for the TPS tooling and automation systems used to facilitate assessment activities and deliver the TPS Programme to Experian policy requirements. Be a additional resource to the TPS team in special projects and routine processing. Support the VP, Third-party Security with data analysis and efficiency improvements to support the TPS Management System (TPSMS). Main Responsibilities Be a resource for the support and implementation of systems used to facilitate the completion and recording of TPS assurance activities, such as SQL Database and Microsoft Azure / Power Platform. Collaboration with partners and related teams to deliver joint programs and participate in projects. Perform tasks (routine or individual) to update and correct TPS records and data. Perform Quality Assurance reviews in all regions with accurate feedback and participate in special projects. Develop and publish training materials on the TPSMS Framework for use by the TPS team and wider Experian community. Provide training for onboarding new members of the TPS team and updating existing members of the TPS team. Engage with Experian GSOC to support investigation and remediation of Information Security Incidents. Provide guidance on policy and process to the TPS team in all regions. Provide support on TPS measures and statistics in all regions. Identify opportunities for further automation and provide manual support. Qualifications Technical background with experience of SQL / Microsoft Power Query Background researching and solving complex security programme problems. A keen experience expanding focus, embracing change and new technology. Translate technical concepts into non-technical language. Automation and efficiency to improve programs. Foundation in the use of Microsoft Office products. Desirable experience managing large volumes of data. Prior experience with a background in Risk Management, Information Security or related industry. Exposure to the implementation or use of Artificial Intelligence.
