The role would suit a seasoned professional secretary who enjoys working on a 1-2-1 support basis with some support to the London office. Your work will be varied, busy, and integral to the smooth running of the team from secretarial tasks and client communication to monthly billing and file management. Key Responsibilities Providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to a Senior Partner Assisting the wider Corporate team across Brighton and London Managing monthly billing processes Handling general file management and document production Accurate audio and copy typing Using case management systems and Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) daily About You Youll ideally bring previous secretarial experience gained within a legal environment particularly corporate/commercial though strong secretarial experience from other legal areas will also be considered.
