Flk Recruitment is supporting a people centric logistics business which is looking to hire into its HR team, specifically to provide support to their flagship warehouse in Lutterworth. The business is entering a new phase in its evolution, lead by a new senior leadership team, and the HR team will play a key role in shaping the future of the site. We are looking for a commercially-focused senior HR Advisor/ junior HR Business Partner who will partner with Managers, helping to drive engagement & performance. About the role: - Provide HR guidance and advice to management and employees. - Handle (sometimes complex) employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner. - Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives (e.g. 2026 will see a push on early careers programmes in your site) - Oversee performance management and employee development programmes. - Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. What youll bring: - Proven experience as a Senior HR Advisor, or similar role, in logistics or a related field. - Excellent knowledge of UK employment law. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. - CIPD qualification is a plus. Your contributions will directly impact the success of the business. A generous base salary of up to 40,000 and a car allowance of c 5,000 is on offer. What you need to know, in practical terms This is a role which is embedded in the business, requiring you to build trusted relationships with the business. As such you will appreciate the need to work on-site 4 days a week.
