Join a global, award-winning, multi-disciplinary consultancy with a strong reputation for delivering innovative, high-impact building projects across a wide range of sectors.A variety of soft skills and experience may be required for the following role Please ensure you check the overview below carefully.We're looking for a driven and technically skilled Associate Structural Engineer to join the London SE1 team and play a key role in leading the design and delivery of complex structural projects.About the Role: As part of the 250-strong Civil & Structural division, you'll be based in a vibrant London office of 140 staff, with 20 in the civil 'structural team at this office, collaborating on projects that range from 10m to 50m , including: Data centres Healthcare facilities Schools Defence projects Mixed-use developments and residential schemes (typically 8-15 storeys) You'll take ownership of projects from concept through to completion, lead teams, engage with clients, monitor financial performance and mentor junior engineers- all while helping to shape the future of their structural offering.What You Bring: Chartered (MIStructE or MICE) Strong technical ability in steel and concrete design Proven experience running projects and leading teams A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset Passion for mentoring and developing others Why Join?
