We are working with a small, family-run business based in West Oxfordshire, who are looking for a full time Workshop Engineer to join their friendly team.Take the next step in your career now, scroll down to read the full role description and make your application.As part of the service team, you will be supporting customers and colleagues through a varied and rewarding range of tasks- both in the field and in their workshop.Your responsibilities will include: Attending customer appointments for equipment servicing, breakdowns, repairs, and part fittings Providing technical support to consultants in the workshop Assisting with general workshop duties and maintenance Conducting assessments for new equipment with customers Giving clear, accurate, and appropriate advice and recommendations Ensuring timely follow-up through quotes and communication after assessments Maintaining up-to-date records of customer orders and ensuring all work is invoiced accurately Responding to customer and colleague queries with professionalism and efficiency Carrying out other ad-hoc tasks as needed What We're Looking For We're seeking someone who is technically skilled, customer-focused, and takes pride in doing a job well.Key requirements: Hands-on experience or working knowledge of mechanical and electrical products Strong communication skills- able to build rapport with elderly and less abled customers Ability to manage your xjdpvnf own workload and meet deadlines A flexible, team-focused attitude and willingness to support wherever needed Full UK driving licence What's on offer: Company vehicle On site parking 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Pension scheme Private healthcare If you would like to know how we will store and and process your data, please visit The Recruitment Groups home page to read our GDPR Data Protection Statementd02fcfcb-6df4-40ee-95cf-3eb059ce3173
