Job Description - Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere at the reception area. - Answer and direct incoming calls, taking messages as needed. - Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure they are set up appropriately. - Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and deliveries. - Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the reception area. - Provide administrative support to various departments as required. - Assist in managing office supplies and inventory. - Ensure compliance with company procedures and protocols. The Successful Applicant A successful Receptionist should have: - Previous experience in a similar Receptionist and or Office Manager role within professional services. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail. - Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite. - A professional and approachable manner. - The ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a busy environment. What's on Offer - Monthly salary ranging from £35,000 to £42,000. - Temporary position with the opportunity to go Permanent. - Generous holiday allowance. - A supportive and inclusive work environment within the professional services industry.
