Refrigeration Service Engineer Location: Field-basedRead on to find out what you will need to succeed in this position, including skills, qualifications, and experience.- multiple customer sites across the East Midlands region Salary: Up to 40,600 per year (DOE) Overtime Call Out Retainer Job Type: Full-time, Permanent We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Refrigeration Service Engineer to join their expanding team.If you're a qualified engineer looking for a company that values your expertise, offers genuine progression, and rewards hard work- this is a fantastic opportunity to take your next step.The Role You'll be responsible for carrying out reactive repairs , PPM maintenance , and occasional installations of refrigeration equipment across a range of customer sites.Excellent customer service and clear communication are key to this role.Key Responsibilities: Reactive service and fault-finding on refrigeration systems Planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) Participation in a 1-in-5 standby/call-out rota (core hours: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm) Completing paperwork accurately and on time Meeting agreed KPIs and service standards Skills & Experience Required: Qualified Refrigeration Engineer with F-Gas certification Previous experience within the public or private sector Full, clean UK driving licence Strong communication and customer service skills What's in it for you?
