The Maintenance Manager Purpose As the Maintenance Manager you will be working within a very modern state of the art manufacturing facility, maintaining production levels. You will have full responsibility & full autonomy for the management of a team of Engineers and Subcontractors based across site. The Maintenance Manager Role & Responsibilities Oversee and manage Planned & preventative maintenance. Day to day machine breakdown resolutions. Maintaining plant maintenance records. Manage the engineering team. Staff Recruitment. Full autonomy to run the engineering department. Annual budget preparation including analysis of past and present performance data. Production management. Apprentice development and labour skills planning. Weekly KPI reports.
