We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Team Leaders to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have experience of leading teams previously in a manufacturing environment. As a Production Team Leader, you will be responsible for guiding a team in the production and assembly process while ensuring that targets are met efficiently and safely. Duties Supervise daily production activities and ensure adherence to quality standards. Coordinate assembly line operations, providing guidance and support to team members. Processing of work orders in full compliance with HSE, MHRA, cGMP, and SOP requirements Carry out line clearance activities in accordance with established procedures. Ensure accurate completion and compliance of all online documentation. Conduct on-line verification of issued stock against work orders. Provide briefings and guidance to Packing Operatives as required. Monitor and perform in-process checks to maintain product quality and compliance. Reconcile work orders to ensure accuracy and traceability. Lead, manage, motivate, and develop team members to achieve performance goals. Monitor production line performance, identifying and addressing issues promptly. Ensure adherence to SOPs and quality standards at all times. Participate in performance review meetings to report progress and key metrics. Contribute to performance improvement initiatives and meetings as necessary. Undertake any other reasonable duties as assigned by Senior Management Skills Previous experience in a production/manufacturing environment is essential. Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a team setting while also demonstrating leadership capabilities. Strong communication skills to convey instructions clearly and effectively to team members.
