Key Responsibilities - TIG & MIG Welding: Carry out precise welding on stainless steel, mild steel, and aluminium components. - Fabrication: Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to fabricate parts to exact specifications. - Quality Control: Ensure all welds and fabrications meet strict industry and customer standards. - Safety: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, following all health and safety regulations. - Problem Solving: Identify and resolve fabrication challenges efficiently and effectively. Skills & Qualifications - Proven experience in both TIG and MIG welding (essential). - Strong understanding of welding processes and techniques. - Ability to interpret and work from technical drawings and schematics. - Demonstrated fabrication experience with excellent attention to detail. - Commitment to workplace safety and best practices. - Experience working with multiple metals, including stainless steel, carbon steel, and aluminium. - Strong teamwork and communication skills.
