What you will be doing In this exciting role at St Neots Neurological Centre,a service for those with neurological conditions,each day brings different challenges and experiences. Working 15 hours a week working Monday and Tuesday along side the reception team your key responsibilities will be welcoming all visitors in a friendly manner, co-ordinating the office diary for meetings and events and efficiently handling telephone calls, emails and post. Ensuring the safety and security of service users, staff and visitors is a top priority. You’ll oversee visitor sign ins, conduct security checks and manage the distribution of keys and security badges. There’s also a huge range of courses on offer to help grow and develop your career.
