Long term work, up to 20 per hour, weekly pay, Salisbury area. We are representing a highly established contractor, looking for a Caretaker to work within social housing on an on-going contract. What you''ll do as a Caretaker: Work within homes and communal areas Damp and mould washing Property caretaking duties Basic cleaning Basic handyman tasks (lock changes/ repairs, painting etc) I''d love to hear from Caretakers who have: Damp and Mould washing experience or willing to learn Caretaking or relevant experience A vehicle and basic hand tools I''m keen to hear from anyone who has experience as a Caretaker or Handyman.
