Role & Responsibilities:Perform inspections on various automated storage systems.Carry out annual servicing, routine maintenance, and repairs of units.Diagnose and resolve technical faults independently.Support system upgrades, including software updates.Assist with the commissioning and installation of new systems at client sites.Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns.Provide technical support and product training to plete and submit service reports/documentation promptly and accurately.Manage your own travel and schedule efficiently.
