Over the past 30 years, our technology has been successfully implemented in thousands of projects across more than 80 countries.We are now seeking a Country Manager for Poland to lead business development and oversee implementation of our solution across road and infrastructure projects in the Polish market.What You Will DoDevelop, expand, and manage business opportunities throughout PolandLead the full lifecycle of project implementation — from early project engagement, feasibility evaluation, and approval processes to on-site executionMaintain strong customer relationships and ensure excellent satisfaction levelsProduce success stories and testimonials to support market growth and scaleDrive ongoing collaboration and retention with strategic clients and partnersWho You Are10+ years of experience managing infrastructure projects in the civil engineering sector — ideally in road and/or railway construction across PolandEstablished relationships with contractors, infrastructure developers, engineering firms, site supervisors, and Polish public authoritiesStrong understanding of the cost and budget structures within infrastructure projects and ability to identify where our technology provides the highest valueA trusted and influential presenter — confident in communicating technical and commercial benefits to diverse stakeholdersStrong interpersonal skills: professional, collaborative, attentive, and positive — able to build solid partnerships across the marketRequirementsCivil Engineering degree — mandatoryAvailability to travel frequently across Poland (approximately 50% travel)Fluent English — only CVs in English will be considered
