You’ll leverage your background in science, publishing, or marketing to provide a consultative, value-driven approach to client engagement connecting customers with effective solutions and ensuring long-term success.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and grow key client accounts, developing account plans and strengthening relationships at all organisational levels.Present and communicate the company’s value proposition effectively to senior decision-makers.Prospect and win new opportunities through a range of approaches including face-to-face meetings (international travel), virtual calls, and digital channels.Maintain a robust sales pipeline, accurately forecast revenue, and consistently meet or exceed targets.Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments such as Client Services and Editorial to maximise client satisfaction.Keep detailed and accurate records within CRM systems including Salesforce and .Identify and act on upselling opportunities, feeding back market trends and client insights to drive continuous improvement.Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and meetings globally.What They're Looking For: Essential:B2B sales experience in a consultative environment such as scientific publishing, marketing, events, or professional services.Proven track record of achieving significant annual sales targets (c. £900k+).Experience within or selling into the scientific or technical industries.Demonstrated success in account planning and strategic relationship management.Strong communication, storytelling, and negotiation skills.Competency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and digital platforms.What You'll Get In Return:£55,000 – £65,000 base salary (depending on experience)Competitive commission structureHybrid and remote working flexibilityOpportunities for international travel and client engagementSupportive, collaborative environment within a growing global brand
