We are seeking a compassionate, patient, and motivated Teaching Assistant to join the team at our dedicated team at a specialist SEN school in Poole. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children with a range of additional needs and helping them achieve their fullest potential. In this role, you will work closely with teachers and other professionals to provide tailored support, create a positive and nurturing learning environment, and assist pupils with both their academic and personal development. You will help adapt learning materials, encourage independence, and play an active part in ensuring each child feels valued, understood, and empowered. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, a team player, and someone who approaches each day with empathy and enthusiasm. Experience in an SEN setting is beneficial but not essentialwhat matters most is a genuine commitment to making a difference.
