We put people first, and we are now searching for an Assistant Service Manager to work with us at our brand-new supported living service in Norwich.Youll be supporting 18 people with learning and physical disabilities, and autism, all living in a newly developed community of self-contained flats and bungalows.As part of the initial setup of the service, youll play a key role in shaping how it runs and once in post, youll help recruit and develop your very own team of Support Workers.This is not just another job. Its a values-led, person-first role where youll have the freedom and trust to design a service around each persons needs, goals and routines.
