Job: Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer Location: Accrington Salary: 44,075 Shifts: MondayPlease double check you have the right level of experience and qualifications by reading the full overview of this opportunity below.- Friday Perm Nights (10pm- 6am Monday- Thursday / 7pm- 2am Friday) Are you an experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer looking to join a food manufacturing company based in Accrington? Ideally Engineers will have worked within a fast-paced manufacturing environment such as food or FMCG and will play a key part in minimising downtime, supporting continuous improvement, and ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.Daily Duties: Perform planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance on systems across the site Quickly find and fix faults to reduce production downtime Work with the engineering team to improve machine performance and reliability Always follow health, safety, and food safety standards Keep accurate records of all maintenance work Assist with projects, installations, and equipment upgrades when needed Promote teamwork, problem-solving, and continuous improvement Ideal Candidate: NVQ xjdpvnf Level 3 or equivalent- ideally apprentice trained Experience in FMCG or food manufacturing Knowledge of pressure systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical drives with strong fault-finding skills Works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Please send your updated CV to the advert now!
