Capaan Day Service is looking for a compassionate and reliable Support Worker Driver with a D1 licence to join our team.You can get further details about the nature of this opening, and what is expected from applicants, by reading the below.You will provide daily support to adults attending our service while also driving our minibus (D1 licence required) to ensure safe, comfortable transport.Key Responsibilities Provide person-centred support to service users during the day service Safely transport individuals to and from the service using a company minibus Carry out daily vehicle checks and maintain a clean, safe vehicle Support people with mobility needs, personal care (if required), and day-to-day activities Promote independence, dignity and wellbeing Maintain accurate records and follow all safeguarding policies Requirements Valid UK D1 licence (essential) Experience in care or support xjdpvnf work (desirable full training can be provided) Caring, patient and reliable attitude Good communication skills Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to complete one) If you are interested for this position please reach out to us.
