Final QA Inspector - Main Responsibilities:Inspect PCB assemblies to IPC-A-610 Class 3 standardInspect box-build and mechanical assemblies using customer drawingsIssue and sign certificates of conformity for finished goodsPerform goods-inwards inspection of PCBs, metalwork, and plastic partsEvaluate returned products and complete RMA reports for customersIdentify and report significant or recurring defectsAudit products against build instructions and IPC-A-610 standardsLog deviations and ensure compliance with defined proceduresHighlight process gaps or improvement opportunities to supervisionEnsure adherence to quality standards and proceduresFinal QA Inspector- Skills & ExperienceUnderstanding of Factory Logix (Aegis)IPC-A-610 certification (desirable)Strong component knowledge and xjdpvnf identification skillsAbility to interpret customer drawingsAwareness of ESD practicesExperience compiling First Article Inspection reports (AS9102)Familiarity with QMS systemsHigh attention to detail and customer focusStrong communication skills and ability to challenge issues constructively For more information on the Final QA Inspector, contact: (url removed)
