Job Description Hey! I’m Georgii, co-founder and CEO of Gracia. We’re building our second startup together with the same small but very strong team (the first one was acquired in 2021). After two years of building the core tech, we’ve reached $1M ARR, closed our second funding round, and are now hiring to accelerate growth. WHAT WE DO At Gracia we’re building the infrastructure for producing photorealistic volumetric videos using Gaussian splatting (4DGS). Our clients are professional creators in AR/VR and VFX/filmmaking industries. Right now, we’re the only team in the 4DGS space with substantial commercial traction. We’re working on a number of NDA projects with leading XR Big Tech, Hollywood producers, most well-known fashion brands; and also with universities like Imperial College, or LBVR experiences like Port Aventura, and more. PRODUCT We provide creators with: - A cloud training/processing pipeline to produce 4DGS at scale - Gracia Studio — a simple editing toolkit for volumetric videos - Unity and UE plugins to render this new type of content WHO AND WHY ARE WE LOOKING FOR Today, I personally handle business development, inbound clients, and curate most projects. This BD & Partnerships Director role is meant to take this over, run it hands-on from day one, and later grow it into a proper team. This is a key hire for our growth. You’ll work closely with the founders and help shape the 4DGS industry. As an early team member, there is potential for substantial equity — we want someone who grows with the company long-term and builds this function from the ground up. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING 1) Build a partner network of volumetric studios worldwide - Identify and connect with capture studios globally - Onboard them to our pipeline and Gracia Studio - Ensure they can deliver high-quality 4DGS productions with our tech to their clients 2) Full ownership over inbound client projects end-to-end - Take over inbound requests currently handled by the founder - Talk clients through what’s possible with 4DGS - Run the production flow: scope, timelines, coordination with tech team, budget, delivery 3) Drive strategic partnerships and licensing deals (with founders) As we scale, you’ll hire and develop a small team around partnerships + delivery. You’ll have a lot of freedom — we expect you to build processes and a team to achieve great results and become an industry standard together.
