Electrical Maintenance Engineer Large Commercial Building Near Fenchurch Street Station 46,000+Bonus About the Role We are seeking a reliable and experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our on-site engineering team within a major commercial building located just a short walk from Fenchurch Street Station. You will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the landlord areas of the building, ensuring all electrical systems operate safely, efficiently and in line with statutory compliance. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical maintenance across landlord spaces Diagnose and repair electrical faults quickly and effectively Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and building standards Support general building services maintenance as required Maintain accurate records using the sites CAFM system Work closely with the Facilities Management team to ensure smooth daily operations Technical Requirements Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent 18th Edition Wiring Regulations Strong experience working in large commercial buildings or similar environments Familiarity with lighting control systems, ideally ProLogic or Simmtronic Good understanding of emergency lighting, distribution boards, power supplies and general building services Ability to work independently and as part of a team What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for training and career progression Supportive team environment within a prestigious central London building If youre an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer looking for a stable, engaging role with great long-term prospects, wed love to hear from you.
