Job Title: Shift Supervisor / FLT Driver - Logistics Operations (Warwick) Location: Warwick, UK Salary: Basic 30,000 + monthly bonuses (OTE c. 38,000) Schedule: Monday-Friday, 13:30-22:00 + every other Sunday, 08:00-10:00 (double time, minimum 5 hours paid) Overview: We're recruiting on behalf of a leading logistics operation in Warwick for a proactive Shift Supervisor. This is a hands-on role, supervising a team of four and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the shift. You'll also be cross-trained across all local operations, providing essential cover for holidays and sicknessso flexibility is key.
