The RoleThe Property Apprenticeship will provide you with the knowledge, skills, qualifications and understanding required to be a Property Lawyer. You will work in our offices supporting the teams with a mix of administrative and legal work and will have the equivalent to one day per week studying with our chosen provider.Due to growth we have vacancies for 2 apprentices in our Colchester office and 1 apprentice in our Woodbridge office.Over the course of the apprenticeship you will obtain a CLC qualification. At the end of the apprenticeship you will become a Licensed Conveyancer, with at least 4 years of practical experience. You will gain experience in managing a Conveyancing caseload with support from your Line Manager and Training Manager. This will include reviewing property title documents, mortgages and much more.The CandidateA-levels: CCC or equivalent.Five GCSEs at Level 4 (c) or above including English and Maths.Ability to work independently whilst also being a Team Player.Friendly and caring attitude. Positive ‘can-do’ attitude.Strong willingness to learn and ability to absorb constructive criticism effectively.
