Be a part of it.We are looking for a experienced Payroll Administrator to join our team at our new office in Kings Hill, West Malling.Joining us on a full time, 37.5 hour per week basis you will work in a hybrid capacity with 2 days per week based at the Kings Hill office.At Cygnet, our perks go way beyond pension schemes and excellent professional development.You’ll also enjoy shopping, travel and leisure discounts – as well as a range of healthcare and financial benefits – to support you to be happy both in and out of work.With us, you’ll have the chance to progress your career in a vibrant, supportive culture tailored to help you thrive.Apply now to enjoy excellent career prospects while being part of an organisation that cares about helping people.Your day-to-day… Full end to end pay cycle processing, including;Adding starters, leavers, contractual and personal detail changesProcessing of statutory paymentsChanges to pensions including opt in/out and employee requestsProcessing of salary sacrifice arrangements ensuring NLW complianceProcessing of pay relating to hours worked, allowances, bonus’ and other amounts as requested by the businessProcessing of deductions as required and in line with any applicable regulatory requirementsMonitor cycles for breaches in NLWReview pay cycle information to identify and resolve any inconsistencies, errors or inefficienciesIdentify and report any over or underpayments to the Payroll Manager providing sufficient evidenceEnsure that all payrolls have the appropriate level of authorisation at local levelProcess supplementary payments ensuring that back up documentation is present where requiredWhere manual payments are raised outside the pay cycle, these are then processed correctly in the subsequent runWhy Cygnet?
