Preschool Assistant (Level 3) - ChippenhamJob DescriptionSalary: £12.68 per hour Hours of work: Sessional work: Tuesday 11:30-15:00, Thursday 09:00-15:00, Friday 09:00-15:00 however there can be some negotiation. A bit about us: Moonbeams Preschool, formerly known as Sheldon Road Playgroup has been in Chippenham for more than thirty years. We now have children attending whose parents were at our preschool when they were small. Our setting comprises of a large hall with room for activities aplenty. Our smaller "quiet" room is for registration, story time, and smaller group activities. We also enjoy a fabulous large garden where we can play all year round with our play houses, mud kitchen, pirate ship/castle, slides for example or simply looking for bugs and worms!! Our preschool welcomes children who have turned two until they leave for primary school at four years old for sessional term time care and education. We aim to provide a place that preschool children can thrive in. A place they feel happy, safe and secure in, where they can build confidence to experience all aspects of learning through play All about the role: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a new staff member to join us at Moonbeams Preschool. We are looking for a qualified Level 3 Preschool Practitioner/Assistant to join our team from January 2026. Applicants must already hold this qualification and be available for interviews in the next 2 months. New CRB/DBS checks will be completed in the recruitment process. This role involves working with the current team to provide outstanding care and encouraging play spaces for 2-4yr olds that attend Moonbeams across the week.
