Key Responsibilities Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on tooling. Diagnose faults and implement long-term corrective actions. Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams. Perform welding and fabrication (MIG, TIG, ARC). Manage workload effectively in a fast-paced environment. Mentor apprentices and share technical knowledge. Work independently during solo shifts, making critical decisions. Skills & Experience Essential: Proven tooling maintenance experience (injection moulding preferred). Strong fault-finding and problem-solving ability. Knowledge of hot runner/manifold systems. Skilled in tool finishing and bedding. Desirable: Welding (MIG, TIG, Micro TIG, ARC). Precision machining, grinding, polishing. Awareness of PUWER and safe lifting practices. Additional Requirements Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail.
