We are recruiting an experienced Electrical Wirer to join a fast-paced, exciting manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in high-quality panel build, and thrives on delivering to tight deadlines while maintaining excellent health and safety standards. As an Electrical Wirer, you will be responsible for wiring and assembling electrical panels and systems in line with engineering drawings and specifications. You'll work closely with the wider production team to ensure builds are completed efficiently, accurately, and safely. Roles & Responsibilities Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings Wire and assemble control panels, cabinets, and sub-assemblies Use hand tools and power tools confidently to assemble components and looms Carry out point-to-point wiring, crimping, terminating, and cable routing Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and industry standards Follow risk assessments, safe systems of work, and PPE requirements Promote a strong safety culture on the shop floor Proven experience as an Electrical Wirer / Panel Wirer Ability to confidently read and work from electrical drawings Strong practical skills with wiring, assembly, and tools Good attention to detail and pride in workmanship Comfortable working in a fast-moving shop floor environment Team-focused with a positive, proactive attitude Skills and Qualifications: Apprenticeship or formal electrical qualification Experience in control panels, automation, or industrial wiring This is a genuinely exiting role with the opportunity to grow and develop in a very well known manufacturing business.
