Our client, a prominent figure in the engineering training sector, is on the lookout for an Electrical Technical Trainer to join their team in Gosport. This permanent role focuses on delivering high-quality training within the Electrical Engineering Training group. Key Responsibilities: Delivering training modules within Electrical Engineering to adult learners Conducting both theory and practical training in Electrical Engineering Ensuring outstanding relationships with the customer and within the Electrical Engineering training area Assisting in maintaining and updating training documentation, and assessing student coursework to provide feedback on performance Utilising best practice across the establishment to inform and direct quality and improvement activities across RN training Responsible for the duty of care and progression of trainees during the delivery phase Job Requirements: Essential Skills/Experience/Qualifications: Minimum Level 3 Technical Certificate in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or equivalent Proven experience within Electrical/Engineering Proficiency in the use of IT (hardware/software) within the workplace Competent practical skills in Electrical Engineering Desirable Skills/Experience/Qualifications: Previous instructional experience in engineering environment Level 4 Teaching Qualification / Train the Trainer Course or equivalent Benefits: Flexible benefits including extra leave purchase, paid volunteering days, enhanced family leave, lifestyle discounts, and access to inclusive employee networks Onsite, secure parking Catering facilities, heavily subsidised gym and shops onsite Rewarding role making a real difference to those joining and progressing within the business Ability to gain further qualifications with full training provided No evening or weekend work required This role is offered on a term time basis, working 45 weeks per year.
