Production Operative Birmingham 13.75 per hour Full time, TEMP - PERM Start date: Beginning of January Our client is looking for a reliable and hardworking Production Operative to join their busy manufacturing team in Birmingham. Job Duties The role includes a variety of production tasks, such as: * Operating machinery, including loading and unloading materials * Completing assembly work to set standards * Packing finished products and preparing them for despatch * Following production procedures to maintain quality * Keeping your work area clean and safe * Working as part of a team to meet daily targets Working Hours * Monday to Thursday: 13.45 to 22.00 * Friday: 12.00 to 18.00 Pay Rate * 13.75 per hour, What We Are Looking For * Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment * Strong attention to detail * Ability to follow instructions and work accurately * Reliable, punctual and committed to high standards * Able to work well both independently and within a team If you are interested in this Production Operative role, please apply with your CV.
