We are seeking a Temporary Traffic Marshal for our client to manage vehicle movements at their tipping hall facility. The role involves coordinating with the tipping hall operative via two-way radio and directing drivers to the appropriate tipping bay. Key Responsibilities: Communicate with the tipping hall operative via two-way radio to receive bay availability information Direct incoming drivers to the correct tipping bays by clearly displaying numbered cards Ensure smooth traffic flow and safe vehicle movements Maintain clear visibility and positioning to effectively communicate with drivers Comply with all Health & Safety regulations and site-specific safety procedures and wear PPE at all times Report any incidents, hazards, or safety concerns immediately Essential Requirements: Must have clear ability to communicate clearly via two-way radio Good visual awareness and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Willingness to wear full PPE including high-visibility clothing, hard hat, safety boots, and gloves Understanding of and commitment to Health & Safety requirements Must be reliable and punctual Desirable: Previous experience in a similar traffic management or marshalling role Basic understanding of site safety procedures All necessary Personal Protective Equipment will be provided Working 5 days per week 7am to 3pm with a 30 minute unpaid break with dates to be confirmed If you can commit to the temporary role over December please apply via CV TPBN1_UKTJ
