The vacancyWe are seeking a dedicated Administrator to join our Student Information Services directorate at Doncaster campus, specifically to work within Curriculum and Timetabling Team. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our student curriculum data management and timetabling processes.Scope And Purpose Of The RoleAs an Administrator, you will support the day-to-day operations of the Timetabling and Course Planning Team. Your main role will be input of timetable information into our college database system and responding to requests and queries from our internal stakeholders. You will also be involved in creation and amendments to course and programme data.Essential Criteria Level 2 or higher qualification in a relevant discipline (or willingness to work towards a Level 3 qualification) or equivalent experience. GCSE English and Maths at grade C/4 or higher. Proficiency in using IT tools, including Microsoft Office applications. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Day-to-Day Responsibilities Manage timetabling and curriculum set-up. Maintain accurate and timely student data using college systems. Liaise with staff to ensure all required information is provided.
