You’ll be part of a dynamic start-up environment where your work helps shape the future of the legal industry.What You’ll DoPost, Scanning & PrintingSort, scan, and file incoming post in the right case foldersPrepare and send outgoing post, bundles, and recorded deliveriesHandle document prep and manage printers/scannersCompliance & ID VerificationSend ID checks and client care letters via our e-verification system (Legl)Troubleshoot client issues and review verification resultsCertify ID for clients using paper-based checksLearn what qualifies as valid ID and source of funds documentationFile Opening & AdminOpen and manage new legal files in LEAPEnsure compliance requirements are completed accuratelySupport both consultants and the internal legal teamConsultant & Team SupportHelp onboard new consultants and provide professional, friendly supportBuild strong working relationships across the businessRespond to queries by email, phone, or TeamsCollaborate with teammates to manage priorities and meet deadlinesWhat You'll BringExperience working within an admin, operational or customer support roleA genuine love of organisation, detail, and processStrong communication and problem-solving skills - you’re calm under pressure and confident in resolving issues quicklyHighly organised, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple requests at onceProactive - you take ownership, spot gaps, and act on themA passion for improving legal services and making a difference through technologyProfessional, discreet, and reliable – especially with sensitive client dataInterview ProcessIntroductory call with our Talent team1:1 with your hiring managerTechnical interview / practical skills assessmentValues interview with one of our FoundersWe offer!UK Benefits✈️ 33 days’ annual leave (25 + bank holidays) plus your birthday off
