Job Description Role - 3rd Line Support Engineer Location: London - this role will require you to be onsite 5 days per week This assignment has arisen to provide support to our infrastructure environments, and we require an individual to carry out the following activities: o Trouble-shooting environmental infrastructure issues (Windows, RHEL, SAN, GPOs, WSUS, AD, AppLocker etc) o Working with the Network , Engineering and SOC teams to trouble-shoot issues that affect End Users o Working direct with client leads to resolve escalated incidents. o Patching and Maintenance of test and live environments to include installing Anti-Virus, WSUS, RHEL & other product updates o Working with PKI Certificates and SIEM tooling o Providing support to Engineering & Test teams o AD Administration activities accounts, groups, memberships, permissions etc. o Participating in rota for On-Call to ensure 24/7/365 support is provided The chosen candidate will ideally be an experienced grade, with a track record of infrastructure support.
