Undertake valuations for secured lending, financial reporting, and investment purposes Provide expert advice on landlord and tenant matters, including rent reviews and lease renewals Assist in receivership and recovery instructions, ensuring compliance and professional standards Support agency transactions, including marketing, viewings, and negotiations Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering excellent service and insight Contribute to business development and the growth of the teams profile in the market WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE SELECTED? MRICS qualification (newly qualified or up to 2 years PQE) Strong analytical and communication skills Ability to manage multiple instructions and meet deadlines Commercial awareness and an interest in the London property market A proactive, professional, and client-focused approach Whats on Offer?
