Job Description Receptionist & Service Coordinator Imoxis (a boutique high end serviced office provider) is seeking to recruit a new Receptionist/Service Coordinator to join a small dedicated team in London Victoria. Operating between three buildings including an exceptional Grade II listed office building with approximately 15 units (300 work stations), all sites are within 5-10 minutes walk from each other. Service Coordinator · Monitoring and managing inventory of supplies of the building · Building duties to ensure spaces are set up for clients, including setting up and cleaning of coffee machines, meeting room set up, and restocking communal areas · Ensuring of all areas to be clean and liaising with daytime and evening cleaners · Attending to Ad-hoc admin duties where required . Facilities and H&S management Reception · Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately · Sorting daily incoming and outgoing mail · Answering, screening, and announcing incoming phone calls to clients · Answering queries from in-house clients in a timely manner, including booking taxis and our in-house gym. · Managing all Meeting Rooms, including preparing for billing · Handling of many small tasks · Assisting with the sales enquiries and viewings as requested · Arranging catering for lunch/breakfast meetings for clients Ideally, you’ll… · Have excellent communication skills · Have the ability to adapt and solve problems quickly and efficiently · Pay exceptional attention to details · Be confident and able to work independently · Have an organised and “can-do” approach · Be professional, confident, discreet, friendly, and enthusiastic Personal Profile: A team player with an enthusiastic adaptable approach, proactive with a can-do attitude, a good communicator, committed to exceed customer expectations and able to demonstrate where you have helped to deliver first class customer service. Job type: Full-time, permanent Hours: 7.30/8.30/9.00 am – 4.30/5.30/6.00 pm. Salary range £21,000-£25,400 depending on experience.
