Marketing & Business Development ManagerManchester£45k - £55kOur client, a leading global accountancy organisation is seeking a highly motivated and proactive Marketing & Business Development Manager to join their National Business Development and Marketing team. This role is pivotal in driving local business development activity across the North West, developing client interaction and supporting growth through relationship management, bid support, and event coordination.You will ensure that growth initiatives remain on strategy and maintain momentum and will work closely with the Office Managing Partner, local BD & Marketing leads, sector heads, and the wider teams.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive local business development aligned with firmwide strategyBenchmark market position and identify sponsorship opportunitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with local businesses and intermediariesManage local events and support national marketing initiativesLead client care and account planningWork with the wider Bids team to support end-to-end bid processes, including document creation and debriefsMaintain marketing lists and CRM data integrityKey SkillsProfessional services BD experience, ideally within accountancyStrong bid-writing and client engagement skillsExcellent project management and organisational abilitiesAbility to communicate confidently at all levels and build strong relationshipsProactive, adaptable, and a collaborative team playerProficiency in Microsoft Suite (essential) and CRM systems (preferred)A strong local network with intermediaries (preferred)This is a Hybrid role based out of a their central Manchester offices
