This is a place for architects who want to design properly. not just document.The Role - What You Will Actually Be DoingThis is a hands-on design role where you will be provided with real valuable exposure from day one.Typical exposure includesConcept design through to technical delivery (RIBA 1 to 4)High level Rhino & Revit-driven design developmentDirect involvement in client workshops and design reviewsCross-discipline coordination with landscape, structure & MEP etcDeveloping schemes from early sketch concepts to construction packagesWorking on live international projects across multiple time zonesThis is not a back-seat roleDesigners here are deeply embedded in projects and play an active role in shaping architecture from the earliest stages.The Kind of Designer Who Thrives HereThey are specifically looking for:Experienced Part IIs or Architects with circa 3 to 5 years experienceVery strong Rhino + Revit skills (essential)Grasshopper desirableDesigners who are fast, accurate and confident in productionPeople who enjoy problem-solving through making and modellingArchitects who use digital tools to enhance creativity - not drive itAn important distinction here They are not looking for overly computational or AI-driven designers.
