As such you will need to be based within a commutable distance to your chosen office where you should expect to be in our office 5 days a week. This specific role is not available to be based in any other UK office`s, but other opportunities on our website have more flexibility on locations.Your roleProvide Desktop Support within Capgemini.Fault identification and resolution of incidents / requests within contracted SLA targetsMobile solution support (Mobile Phones and Laptops) Software and hardware installationPC ConfigurationLaptops & MacBook imagingAssisting with IT Stores tasks when requiredSupporting internal eventsCreating and maintaining support documentationWhen trained you will be expected to work on the Tech Table or Virtual Tech Table assisting end users with technical issuesOccasionally required to visit remote sites to provide IT supportYou can bring your whole self to work.
