Some essential experience for the role includes:Experience of teaching in Higher Education.Experience of supervising undergraduate and/or postgraduate project students.In depth knowledge of the CDT area and specialist knowledge in one or more of the following sub-areas of CDT: cyber security and networks, internet of things, web and mobile applications development, software engineering, cloud computing, data science and AI.Evidence of using technology enhanced learning techniques.For a Senior Lecturer, experience of programme leadership and curriculum development as well as evidence of impactful research outcomesAbout YouYou will be educated to a PhD level in computer science or a closely related subject area, with a higher degree and/or significant industrial experience. You will need proven experience of teaching in a HE environment with an ability to innovate and use creative teaching strategies and will be expected to adopt the latest teaching pedagogy and develop good practice, taking full advantage of teaching and assessment tools and technological advancement.
