The business has a culture of team work, strong ethics and always going the extra mile for clients, whilst providing a highly positive working environment for the team.Joining our team of experienced consultants, you will take a proactive approach in the delivery of projects, whilst also assisting in the delivery of proactive and reactive support.You will provide high-quality networking, server and cloud platform support and be responsible for the planning and delivery of projects, including Cloud and Hybrid migrations.We offer a hybrid approach to working although occasional travel to customers sites and providing some 24/7 on call cover may be necessary.Responsibilities:A varied role that combines the delivery of project migrations with proactive and reactive supportPlanning and delivery of projects including Cloud and Hybrid migration projects within the Microsoft 365 and Azure spaceShow analytical approach to problem solving, responding to incidents and returning services to an operational stateLead critical incident resolution including full system outagesProvide high-quality networking, server and cloud platform supportDemonstrate the ability to troubleshoot and understand complex environmentsProvide clear advice and guidance via pre-sales to clients for improving their environmentsBe seen as a trusted advisor and be able to communicate to every level within an organisationCommunicate with 3rd-party providers including hardware, service and application vendors to resolve complex multi-party issuesEnsure workload is managed to deliver the service within clearly defined project time scales/SLAsEnsure accuracy and completion of data entry based on projects, incidents and problemsSome 24/7 on call cover maybe requiredSkills Required:Possess a well-rounded skillset including implementation and remote supportMust have a proven track record of providing project implementations for at least 3 years priorStrong written and excellent verbal communication skillsAbility to migrate and support Windows Server Operating Systems and associated services (e.g., Active Directory, Group Policies and Files Services)Strong knowledge and practical skills within security best practices across cloud and traditional platformsIn-depth understanding of the Microsoft 365 platform and security servicesStrong hands-on knowledge of Azure Landing Zones, VMs, Firewall, Backup, vNETs and associated configuration/supportKnowledge of and ability to monitor and troubleshoot cloud backup technologiesGood understanding of networking technologies with the ability to troubleshoot end to end through VLAN, LAN, WAN, DNS, DHCP, VPN and hosted servicesGood understanding of commercial aspects of project deliveryAbility to scope and deploy new services in Microsoft 365 or AzureBeneficial:Knowledge of and ability to troubleshoot Disaster Recovery (DR) technologyExperience of Windows 365, Azure Virtual Desktop and virtualised applications or similarExperience implementing virtual firewall appliances (e.g., Sophos or Meraki)Basic SQL skills including backup, maintenance schedules and high-level troubleshootingEducation/Training:MS-102 - Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator ExpertAZ-104 - Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator AssociateOther industry recognised accreditations are beneficial (e.g., Microsoft, AWS, Cisco, CompTia)Degree or equivalent experience in a technology-related areaBe able to show clear evidence of continual learning in your career to datePackage & Benefits:Competitive salary + car allowancePensionPrivate healthcareEnhanced holiday allowance plus your birthday offFlexible working hours and locationOne day per month immersive CPD allocationStaff referral scheme (earn 500 for successful placements)Charity Days to support causes important to youFree on-site parkingFree fresh fruit - get your 5 a day on usRegular social and fundraising eventsAt Synergi, were building value and results driven technology for our customers - were building a workplace where every voice matters and every perspective drives progress.In an industry that's constantly evolving, we understand the power of collaboration across cultures, experiences, and ways of thinking.Thats why we invest in inclusive hiring practices, continuous education, and open conversations.
