The role is available immediately on a full-time or part-time basis (minimum 20 hours per week worked across Monday to Friday). It is essential that applicants have solid administrative experience and skills, preferably within a similar industry.The Administrator role encompasses the following duties:-DutiesReceive, sort and deal with mail (ingoing and outgoing), and deliveries.Scanning and attaching to systems, photocopying.Ensure common areas such as meeting rooms and kitchen are clean and presentable at all times.Support the team with administration and ad-hoc requests.Meet and greet visitors.Make refreshments (hot and cold drinks, organising lunches if requested).Answer, screen and direct phone calls.Take messages accurately and relay the messages immediately.Provide information to callers.Requisite Skills:Proficient knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook;Professional and strong written and spoken English;Administrative experience;Ability to easily learn back-office software;Welcoming, helpful and friendly demeanour;Have a helpful and “can-do’ approach;Strong organisational and time management skills;Proactive attitude and ability to
