Job Description

Our client, is a manufacturer of premium, high end, bespoke goods and is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Consultant to join the growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, providing excellent customer service, and helping customers find the perfect made-to-measure solution for their homes.You'll attend pre-booked, in-home appointments to understand each customer's needs and provide tailored recommendations from a bespoke premium range. You will also meet customers in the show room also, demonstrating goods, converting sales and booking appointments to attend an in person measure.A full UK driving licence is essential, as most of your time will be spent visiting clients in their homes where a company vehicle will be provided.ResponsibilitiesConduct in-home consultations, identifying customer needs and providing tailored product solutionsDemonstrate the features and benefits of the product range confidently and professionallyMaintain strong product knowledge to answer customer questions effectivelyManage website leads and achieve a high conversion rate from supplied appointmentsBuild and nurture long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referralsProcess sales transactions accuratelyWork collaboratively with the wider team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfactionTake part in ongoing training to develop sales techniques and product expertiseExperience and SkillsPrevious experience in blinds, shutters, or home improvement sales is idealExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsConfident, friendly, and professional with a customer-first attitudeHighly self-motivated and target-drivenFull UK driving licence requiredConfident computer user with attention to detailsAdditional InformationSalary plus a commission-based pay structure — You earn a percentage of each sale!Given high-quality, pre-booked leads — No cold calling!Full product and sales training providedSupportive team environment and ongoing developmentWorking HoursMonday to Friday office hours (40 hours per week)Salary£26,000 - £30,000 + OTE (Circa £45K - uncapped so could be far more!)Benefits:Company pensionEmployee discountTPBN1_UKTJ
