HIU Engineer - FM Service Provider - Mobile - High End Residential Properties - London - Up to £48,000 + Package Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider situated in London. CBW are currently recruiting for aHeat Interface UnitEngineer(HIU) to carry out planned and reactive maintenance toHIU units, across a number of residential properties in and around London. The successful candidate will have a proven track record with HIU maintenance and a proven track record working in commercial or high end residential properties. In return the company is offering a competitive salary paying up to £48,000 based on experience and a travel card.Key duties & ResponsibilitiesComplete an annual service of all residential apartments/properties involving: PPM, Reactive and Servicing on the heat interface units (HIU)Maintaining thermal stores, unvented cylinders, Air heat pumpsReplacing pumps in the plant roomsRemedial works on theHIUGeneral plumbing bleeding radiators, cylinders,HIUMaintenanceChanging and servicing of water temp sensors etc.Bleeding radiatorsEnsure all tasks are completed within the agreed timescales, managing the workload accordingly.Demonstrate the ability to manage conflicting priorities and prioritise business needs.Consistently communicate effectively, in an appropriate manner, whilst building and maintaining positive working relationships, both internally and externally.Hours of workMonday to Friday - 08:00am to 17:00pmRequirementsHIUMaintenance experience (Essential)Excellent communication skillsHonest, reliable and hard workingA positive attitude towards work and willingness to get tasks completed on time whilst managing conflicting deadlinesHappy to work a on either a Mobile or Foot Mobile basisIMPORTANT- This role is focussedonHIU service/Maintenance onlyHighly desirableCity and Guilds Qualified (or equivalent) Plumber (Not Essential)Experience working in high end residential propertiesHIU - CoursesPlease send your CV to Daniel Barberfor more Information.TPBN1_UKTJ
