Team Leader - 3 Bed Children's Residential Home Location: Stockport Salary: £33,114 per annum inclusive of sleepsHours: Full-time, Permanent Shifts: 2 on 4 off Brook Street Social Care, in proud partnership with a respected children's residential care provider in Stockport, is recruiting for an experienced and dedicated Team Leader to join their compassionate and growing team.About the Role:As a Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in supporting young people with emotional and behavioural needs in a nurturing, safe, and structured environment.
