Electrical TrainerSlough£40,000 - £43,000 + Progression + Training + 38 Days Holiday + Great PensionAre you an experienced Electrical professional passionate about developing the next generation of apprentices?This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and learner-focused team as an Electrical Trainer, delivering high-quality, classroom-based coaching and assessment to electrical apprentices as they work towards their qualifications and End Point this role, you'll help apprentices build essential knowledge, skills, and behaviours through engaging delivery, regular progress reviews, and supportive mentoring. You'll also liaise closely with employers, curriculum teams, and EPA organisations to support learner achievement and progression throughout the apprenticeship journey.This is a rewarding role where you'll make a lasting impact on learners' development while working in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.The RoleDeliver a quality curriculum that prepares apprentices for successful gateway and EPAProvide coaching, mentoring, and constructive feedback to support achievement and independenceConduct regular progress reviews, tracking skills, knowledge, and behaviours to ensure readinessSupport initial assessment and programme planning alongside the Programme LeadWork with ALS to support additional learning needs and create support documentationMonitor and track off-the-job training hours and maintain accurate learner records using approved systemsThe PersonLevel 3 Electrical diploma (2365, 8202, 2330, 2360) or equivalentRelevant teaching qualification, or willingness to work towards oneProven experience working with apprentices, employers, awarding bodies, or curriculum teamsStrong organisational skills with the ability to work flexibly and collaborativelyExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalCompetent in Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, and PowerPointTPBN1_UKTJ
