We are seeking an experienced Estimator with a background in industrial roofing and cladding to join our growing team based at South Woodham Ferrers in Essex. This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience in refurbishment projects and is now looking to step into or continue in an office-based estimating role. We offer flexible working hours with a mixture of office and home working if needed.Whether you already hold an NVQ in Roofing Occupations or you're currently working towards one, wed love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:Prepare accurate quotations and tenders for industrial roofing and cladding projectsRead and interpret architectural drawings and technical specificationsAttend site visits for measurements, condition surveys, or client discussionsEstimate materials, labour, plant, and overheads to complete cost breakdownsEnsure all estimates comply with current Health & Safety and CDM regulationsLiaise with suppliers for material pricing and lead timesProvide full project handover to Contracts and Site teams once orders are confirmedAssist in programming and planning of projects where requiredWhat We Offer:Competitive salary (£40,000£52,000 depending on experience)Full-time, permanent position with long-term progressionPension and private medical provided.Ongoing training and support, including NVQ assistance if neededOpportunity to work on a wide variety of commercial and industrial projectsSupportive, experienced team environmentTPBN1_UKTJ
